Plutus Debt Managment LLC created an end to end legal collection system. We have created an alliance of debt collectors, investigators, and attorneys that utulize the Plutus Alliance Management Systems (PAMS) to integrate in to each operation seamlessly allowing for a complete overview of the debt cycle process.
Fair Deal Settlements
Plutus innovated the Fair Deal Settlement. We realize that not all consumers are in a position to pay back their debt in full. Their current situations allow for us to discount the amount that we can accept from them in settlement.
In the Fair Deal Settlement, we clearly outline with the debtor the scenarios that will allow us to discount the amount we can accept and what documentation that needs to be provided for each scenario. The consumer can be comforted in knowing that each person with the same set of circumstances will receive the same settlement.
We have removed debt negotiation from the settlement equation.
Pre Legal Collections
Plutus reaches out to the consumer to inform them of the legal collection process. Most consumers have become immune to the traditional collection process. We help education the consumer on ways to repay their debt while avoiding future legal consequences.
Filing of Lawsuits
Plutus intends to use its inside and outside counsel to file lawsuits against the consumers it contacts. While most lawsuit filings will result in a judgment, some consumers will agree to resolve their debt through settlement or payment plans.
Post Judgment Collections
Once a judgment has been taken, Plutus will use the allowed judgment collection remedies allowed in each state.
We utilize Texas Receiverships, wage garnishments, bank garnishments and seizure and sale of non-exempt assets to return receiables where allowed by law.

Yes. We do purchase various types of portfolio debt. We also will purchase smaller, singular debts when it makes financial sense.
Do you operate in all 50 states?
No. Currently we do not operate in all 50 states. However, our network covers roughly 75% of the consumer population. We are continously adding to our network.
